A commonly asked question is, "Can we use our own domains?".
Unfortunately, the answer is no.
The main reason being forwarders are transferrable. Therefore, it cannot be guaranteed that your domain name will always function. This could lead to some upset customers if their purchased forwarder stops working.
Ensuring that domains are automatically renewed and correctly configured is essential.
The solution to the problem is our new managed domain service – purchase custom domains for use with Vend via a bespoke service.
You will then have full private access to create forwarders using the managed domain. Transfers of forwarders to other users is permitted. Other Vend Email users will not be able to use the domain for creating additional forwarders unless you explicitly wish to allow access to everyone.
